We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. In brief our “Terms and Conditions” centre on promising to:

 

  • Respond to emails within one working day allowing for differences in world time zones;

  • Dispatch orders within 2-5 working days;

  • Keep you updated of your order’s progress;

  • Charge only the postage, packaging and insurance costs we incur to deliver your order; AND select the most economical way of posting your order;

  • Provide you with our very best attention, on the rare occasions, where a package is lost or an item damaged in the post;

  • Accept returns within 14 days; customer pays return postage;

  • Build relationships with our customers.

 

Payment

Zen Apparel accept PayPal and debit/credit cards via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal). 

Payment of import duty or any other charges which may apply in destination countries are the responsibility of customers.

Payment must be made in full before items are dispatched.
